I am looking for suggestions on teaching regional or commuity
economics for a community leadership education organization.
The class is comprised of people from business, government and
the not-for-profit sectors. Many such organizations exist
around the country, I happen to be a member of Leadership
Montgomery in Maryland near Washington, DC.
In adition to speakers on a variety of economic and economic-
dvelopment topics, I would like to include an experiential
exercise that shows the class how economic factors unite
a community.
Does anyone have suggesitons on how we might use the material
in this book to support this goal?
