  • 0900-0930: welcome and administrative details
  • 0930-1200: introduction to computational economics (Miller/Page)
  • 1200-1300: lunch
  • 1300-1330: homework problem...applause, applause.
  • 1330-1400: computer details
  • 1400-1700: work on homework

• Tuesday, 17 June
  • 1000-1200: homework discussion (group presentations)
  • 1200-1400: lunch, prepare individual talks
  • 1400-1730: individual student talks (~10 minutes each) on current/future work
  • 1900-?: continue student talks (if needed)

• Wednesday, 18 June
  • 1000: homework write-ups due (in HTML)
  • 1000-1200: introduction to genetic algorithms--Melanie Mitchell
  • 1200-1330: lunch
  • 1330-1500: introduction to simulated annealing--Scott Page
